I bought an Evergreen Last year and they went out of business 2 months later. This is our 3rd trailer. We have camped in it 10 times already and it's been a good camper so far. If you like their floor plan and can get a really good deal on one I wouldn't hesitate to make the purchase. All the appliances and A/C, Jacks, Awning and such have there own 3 year warranty. You just don't get one for build quality. Mine seems to be very well built. Hope this helps.
