No power getting to my Angler 8C, 2001
Hope everyone is having a good year so far. The problem is that when it is plugged in to "my house" or the generator, it throws the GFI, in my house or generator. It does not trip any of the breakers ...

I've changed several of the converters over the years. I would personally only change the converter at the bottom section. Would require only a few wire changes. But you can change the whole power center.
There are several good converters that are multistage charging which will protect the battery better. I like the Progressive Dynamics PD9100 with the charge wizard. It has maintained two 122Ah lead acid batteries for 12 years. Batteries are just a little weak now. But that fantastic for lead acid walmart batteries.
If you have a location it will fit somewhere, all required is to run a bit of wiring to get it back working.
