so far the plan is get the floor replaced so we dont fall in while doing the ceiling and walls (seemed safety first). We put a tarp over it and will see if any leaks next rain this weekend. Most of the leaks have been fixed, but we are assuming there are still a few. from the bathroom forward to the living and kitchen are fine, just this bedroom is trash and the bathroom semi trash. Skylight seems to usually be the culprit.
