Yes, we do have the 4WD on our Pilot. My thoughts were to not exceed a GVWR of 3500lbs giving us 1000lbs wiggle room. Although a lot of the pups I've been looking at are less than that. Bathroom doesn't have to be extensive, really just don't want to have to schlep up to the comfort stations at 2am anymore. I NEVER wake up during the night at home, but I always do when we camp LOL. I want to enjoy a couple drinks around the fire without worrying about it anymore. I'm perfectly fine using the comfort stations during the day.
It would be nice to get a floorplan that has at least a little storage space for some essentials that we use every trip so we don't have to pack everything up for each trip. Looking to streamline the process so quick get-aways seem more attractive. My oldest is entering her sophomore year...time is passing quickly and family trips will get harder and harder so I want to do it now while we can.
