We purchased a Jayco 266RKS and I love the rear kitchen. I think it frees up so much space in the trailer. Our pantry is long and skinny and is the 2 cupboards the full height of the TT. The doors open from the right and with the hinge next to the door - no problem except that there is a pelmet/hard valance over the top of the door and it prevents the doors from opening completely, but I get all the things into the pantry that I need to. I didn't think I would like a rear kitchen but now love it. We tow this with a 2011 Ford F150 with special towing package.
