I just bought a 2011 funfinder 189fbs. First purchase of travel trailer. Has a small slide out about a foot or so. looking underneath slide out (extended) has a center rail and two slide rollers each ...

Thanks for your replys. Talked to dealer he says that all slides with rollers leave track marks on plywood (underside of slide out) he says to keep an eye on it and keep it painted! I cant see why you can not put a metal skid plates there. I will continue to investigate this. Note: I bought this camper (as is) thinking its a 2011 and everything worked. This is my first travel trailer Ive ever bought.
