I bought a sheet of 3/4" (4' X 8') marine plywood and ripped it on the table saw into 4 ea. 2' X 4' pieces. Then I cut a 3/4" slot in the middle of each piece of ply that was 12" long. I lay the 4 pieces of ply flat on the bed of my truck, and load the camper right on top of them.
When I want to take the camper off while camping or on the road, I simply make 2 "x-braces" out of the 4 pieces of ply by standing two of them on edge so they are 24" tall and inserting the two others, matching the slots to make an "x". I then slide them under the camper and simply lower it onto them. If the ground is uneven, I use my "lego" leveling blocks at the corners where necessary.
It works very well!Regards,
Jeff
