I doubt you will be satisfied with the towing performance with any travel trailer and your V-6 Toyota.
Why is that?
My first tow vehicle was 6 cyl Chevy Blazer pulling 3500lb popup. Even though it could tow the weight, it was too light to control it, luckily I never had to make an emergency stop. I traded for 6 cyl Trailblazer Ext which was quite a bit bigger than the Blazer and control improved but I had 2 transmission repairs in a couple of years. Eventually traded the Trailblazer for Ford F-150 ext cab truck and towing was much more stable and I felt a lot safer. Traded the popup for 4200lb TT and towing is still a breeze with the truck.
I had an '89 Chevy Blazer I bought new. It turned out to be a POS even though I maintained the heck out of it and mileage was low when I dumped it. It got gone in 2000 for a 4 Runner. The new 4 Runner is heavier than both of those. Hopefully that adds to the stability.
