We have a Jayco Jay Flight 25RKS. I know it's a little bigger than than you were looking for. It's a rear kitchen with a single slide. It has a lot of storage. A floor to ceiling pantry about 13 inches wide and 22 inches deep. Storage under the sink. Two cabinets over the sink and 1 beside the fridge. There is overhead storage over the slide out. Overhead storage over the dinette. A double door wardrobe across from the bath. In the bedroom there is overhead storage over the bed and a side closet on each side. We've over packed (2 people) for a 14 day trip and still only used about 60% of the storage. We cooked all our meals and brought 90% of our food. The RKS floor plans have lots of storage.
