Unfortunately the area is high rent cost for apt. With a roommate it would probably be cheaper, but finding a roommate when you are new to the area is tough. At 800 a month rent plus utilities probably looking at $1000 a month. At lot rental of 100 dollars a month that leaves a lot of money for utilities for a travel trailer. Winter would be the most expensive but need to explore trailers.
