It's fine. That fifth wheel has the pusher diesel option. Not only is the FW driven by the diesel but the exhaust brake keeps it in check down hill. Having the diesel behind the rear axle reduces the pin weight so even a Ford Ranger and tow it. Few people order this option due to cost, but it's cheaper than having a large tow vehicle.
