GMC Canyon (see spec below)
non-hauling: 17 City/24 Highway
my avg: 21-22 mpg
Hauling 7,000# 30' trailer 65-70 mph:
Mt roads: 10.5 mpg.
flat land with 20 mph tailwind 11+ mpg
flat land with 30 mph headwind 9.5 mpg.
I'm VERY HAPPY with it. Drives like a big SUV with a big open trunk. Parks in small parking lot spaces and my garage. Hauls the TT up mountain interstate highways and state routes - easily passing up semi's.
The new diesel version has a 7,700# capacity and better fuel mileage.
