Agreed.
Best reliability of current crop of 1500 series trucks - very likely yes, thirstiest of the current crop of V8 half tons, yes.
It was cutting edge in 2007, but hasn't changed much since. This makes it pretty "outdated" IMO, but also means all the bugs are worked out. The Tundra would be at the top of my shopping list if it wasn't for the low mpg compared to the competition.
Recon that depends on who you ask.
