7200 - 5800 = 1400# truck payload (what does the yellow sticker say?). Minus 500# (pax. + dog, in one of your replies) = 900# left for TW.
TW + what ever is in the bed must not be higher than 1310# (3850 - 2540; ie. the max. that the drive axle can take). As I stated previously, make sure the truck's receiver can handle the high TW.

I did check the hitch and I am good. With weight distribution I'm at 10,500 max with 1050 max tongue weight. With weight carrying I am at 5,000 max and 500 tongue weight.
