I agree go to Hershey. Also, if you just drop the contact with the dealer, they may very well call you in a week or so and suddenly your $19K out the door is doable.
Also, because you have excluded the hitch and brake controller out of the $19K price - do NOT let them use it as a "lowering" option. They have nothing to do with the pricing because you've already separated them out. Reducing the price on those by reducing the quality doesn't affect the trailer price - so don't let them play that game.
