Realistic?
Hi there. New here, and hoping for some insight into a process that is new to me - purchasing a travel trailer. This may be long, so hopefully you can forgive me. I like to think I'm pretty capable...

You need a another quote to compare to. When shopping I decide on the unit I want and shop the same unit at competing dealers and let the best man win.
Let the dealer know you are shopping your best deal and that he is not the only game in town.
I ask them all for their best price. I then say dealer A is at 19 K can you match /beat that and proceed from there. You could also play hardball and tell your dealer 18.5K out the door or it's worthwhile to take a trip to Hershey this weekend.
You could also let the dealer just sit and head to Hershey and check things out.
Hershey is by far the biggest show and selection on the entire east coast except for the Tampa show.
If I were serious buyer I would at least look at the Hershey show.
