Yes, it does come with a 2 inch receiver. Aside from this product, you just need to buy a hitch mounted bike rack. The receiver bar comes as one standard length. Once you mount the uprights, you then measure and cut that pipe to fit the width. Once everything is bolted together, you have a nice solid bike rack mount.
