I wish I could tell you a story about these weak frames that would surprise anyone, but I can't... One thing I will say though is that these frames flex enough to damage the aluminum framing in the superstructure as in the photo.
I know there's another Spree owner on this forum that can tell you what these frames are like. KZ doesn't seem to learn from it's mistakes. They were going to switch to the BAL/Norco Ultraframe but they could not get a commitment for enough quantity. Early 2014 Spree Connect models actually had the BAL frame and then they went back to the above 'flex' frame.
