Could be a stuck pad as well. I had this problem a couple months ago, thought it was the caliper but dealer said it was the pad that was corroded in the caliper. Could be either.
I wouldn't think a bad bearing would overheat to the point of smoking in low speed stop and go traffic.
I highly doubt it's the tire that is smoking though. The rim would have to be red hot to cause the rubber to smoke.
