Rear View Safety Backup Camera System Questions

My truck is an F150. On the top of the dash, there is a tray. I ran the cable from the fuse panel up to there so I could plug the camera in and have the monitor to be in the tray area. I want the monitor to be removable so today I'll be finishing up the monitor mount I'm making to easily place/remove the monitor. I'm taking some pictures and will post everything when I'm done but here's a picture so you can see what I mean.
