I think I came close to 35% discount from the MSRP on my 2009 AF 811.
But, I bought in January of 2009 also in Idaho. For those of us who remember, the economy was in terrible shape in January of 2009. Leyman had just failed a few months earlier to usher in the "great recession". Fortunately for me, my job was stable enough that I felt confident in buying a new RV. The dealer I bought from stated very clearly that they wanted/needed to move a unit from their lot. When I signed the paperwork, their finance guy basically told me he had never seen as sweet a deal as I was getting.
My point is this: my 35% discount was probably just about the very best deal one could possibly get. Definitely the exception, and not the rule. 20-25% seems more reasonable in today's economic climate.
