Reasons for people to dump their TT
As we go out to buy a tt (we are not buying new), I want to avoid picking up someone else's lemon. What should we be looking for? My husband is pretty handy and can figure out how to fix most things...

ANY sign of water leaks/damage. If they tell you they fixed a leak-skip it. Mold, soft spots in the floor, delamination. Look at the ceilings inside the cabinets, corners, rugs, etc. We have had a lot of rain on the East Coast, could be many units with damage.
