Earlier I said there was an issue with the bumper...post two above this one. Here are the pics of the silly dumb L shaped strip.
This strip is stapled to the bottom back edge of the TC's wood frame plus some caulk. Then it is sealed at the joint to the top of the bumper...why as it is metal to metal!

Note the staples...they became wicks for the moisture....DUMB design!And engineers are thinking...NOT!!!!
I suggest that everyone have a look at their TC bumper to camper joint! This will never happen again on my TC.
