This area will be covered by the metal skirt that takes all the beating from tire wash and wid buffeting. All of that goes into the sewer compartment and under the bath sink and shower pan. The flex duct is to heat that compartment...only issue is the I don't run the heat while on the road.

Front wall is only 3/4" think, I am amazed it is not 1.5". The port hole has been cut in. I am seriously thinking of having more insulation added. But that is an issue for the coners and jacks...maybe!

Cut out on roof for new hatch...that is going to be nice.

Bed on lift ready to be installed. It is only 1" thick...no wonder it is cold, but strong. Yet I didn't have cold issues like some do.

Might be difficult to see in this image and above but the standard TC skirt slope/angle has been eliminated...nice square lines and easy access to fittings that are tucked up under there.

Friction fit one of the new hatches just to see how it will look. Sweet! There will one for the electric cord hatch and the standard outside shower hatch.
