pjay9: I too am doing a restoration. Because my time is so tied to that and many other things like all of us have to do, I haven't taken the time to view or study these other camper rebuild stories. I just kind of ran across yours today.
But this morning I glanced through your pages and can see what a great job you are doing! Our two campers are significantly different monsters and seem to be needing quite a different track.
But I just wanted to say, your project is looking very good and like so many others must be, I'm proud of you for putting in such work. It's not all about saving money over buying a new one. It's not only getting what you want now instead of changing up something else. It's not only about challenge and accomplishment. It's all of those things and it's very much more, much of which I can't really put a finger on. But keep up the positive effort and as other say, I'm sure your posts will greatly assist others over time - long after you're are cruising to parts unknown enjoying the camper you make.
