Hippijac Slide system issues...the motor assemble just kept clicking when trying to move the slide after it moved a few inches. Took slide back out and removed the motor and found the gear system to be greased but poorly. Mike found the ball bearing clutch system to be dry and loose. After reassembly the clutch was torqued down and the slide now works without a hitch or click...smooth.
Dome is clutch system.
Some other progress...aft port in back installed and frame for the moved window installed.
BTW, it appears the HJ motor assembly is the same for the jacks and slide. Saved $200 not having to order one.
