The pax side has most of the holes cut and filled.
The nose wrap is glued to the rubber and held in place with a 2x8.
First hole cut for escape hatch.
Use fresh putty and plenty of it when installing. The holes in the middle were also covered before it was screwed on.
Trim is bedded in putty do not skimp.
More trim installed and taillights on.
The taillights are surface mount. Two reasons: I wanted lights that were eye level as well as the bumper lights, but also did not want to create a cavity for the lights in the new solid back wall..only a wire hole and screws holes covered with massive amounts of putty.
Jack plates are not bedded in putty just 221...no more summer ooze!
