That might not be that expensive to replace. use some 2 x X's, seal it good to stop rot and it should last a while.
Or maybe even finish it off with some real hardwood flooring that is on closeout from some lumber liquidator. I see 8x12' for around $150.00 around where I live.
I would pull the railing, make sure the camper fits over the cab and you will be left behind the camper for a deck? maybe put the remaining railing around the back so you don't fall off the deck :). hell if you got a lift gate it would be like a truck camper elevator :0
