Rebuilding the Amerigo–Rebuilding the passenger side wing

Do yourself a favor and DON'T use fiberglass insulation.
Not only it has pretty low R value, but with moisture it can create a mess.
The best, but expensive would be filling up with polyurethane, sold as Great Stuff, but just for project like this I've been saving styrofoam from all the packing I am getting.
