Recommend a HTT for a family

I really like the idea of the outside fold down tent beds on these models. Really frees up alot of room inside the trailers not having the beds to walk around..
These models however may be prone to water leaks as the large bottom that folds out may slightly warp and be a water leak problem. The earlier models had this problems at any rate.
Also it seems there isn't as much discussions on the hybrids on the forums as they used to be...
The only model I really looked at up-close was the ROO's... I imagine they might be somewhat noisy inside from outside on-goings due to the fabric tent material. I know my OFF-ROAD POPUP trailer has this downside but we usually setup back off the trails somewhere and enjoy the day/night outside sounds...
