None of the above trailers will keep you warm in cold climate except for one, an Escape 17b with extra insulation, thermal windows and spray foam on the floor. The trailer has a GVWR of 3500# and leaves the factory around 2300#. here is home link http://escapetrailer.com/Products/17FootEscape.aspx
It has a shower/bath, double bed and front dinette.
I am not sure I completely agree with Jim on this point. It depends also somewhat on a couple of things. First is, "where" are you going to camp ? If camping where you have electric hookups, you can easily meet your inside heating needs with a small electric heater. I do it all the time at temps down into the teens ( F ). But two, this depends on whether you are willing to forgo having functional plumbing. My funfinder does not have plumbing designed for below freezing temps, so when going cold, I leave the plumbing winterized, and just use bottled water and campground bathhouse facilities.
Getting into a three to four season trailer tends to not only increase the cost of the purchase price of the trailer, it usually adds weight as well.
Having said all that I do agree with Jim that the Escape line is certainly worthy of consideration for the OP. They are nice trailers.
