Quality and inexpensive should never be considered simultaneously. It's one or the other.
I have to disagree, you can get quality for a resonable price, you just can't be in so much of a hurry you miss what your looking for. it also depends on what the individual conciders quality. for example I don't concidder "bling bling" quality, but a lot of people do. I would rather have a good foundation that you can't see then just "good" interior than a lousy foundation but every option known to man inside.
