We purchased our 2016 pre-covid Aspen Trail 1900RB (no slideouts) and have been very happy with the layout and reliability. Over the 10 years we've owned it, the only problem we've had was early on the AC quit working and was replaced under warranty.
The only mods we made were to replace the single 12v battery with two 6 volt deep cycle 325 AH golf cart batteries and replacing the dinette with a credenza with a hinged fold down table along with 2 reclining office chairs.
The batteries last over a 3 day weekend boondock without need of a generator, and the additional space created by the drop leaf table and chairs worked out really well for us. The credenza delivered as much storage as the dinette, with easier access to the contents, and acts as a coffee table when watching TV with the table folded down. The wheels on the office chairs make moving around very effortless. You should consider potential mods to make your choice more suitable to your tastes, when making your purchase.
The only other consideration, I would suggest, is to be careful with the Cargo carrying capacity. We chose the tandem wheel unit that with a 3400 lb cargo carrying capacity, allows a large margin for cargo. Many single axle units have a very limited CCW.
Just my $.02 FWIW 😉
Safe travels and all the best.
