I've never heard of Cruiser so can't help you with that one specifically.
When I think of the "big 3" brands it would be Jayco, Keystone and Forest River. Each of these have multiple sub-brands under the main brand. For an RV that you're planning to use on a limited basis (they aren't intended to live in full-time), one of these will likely suit you best.
They are easy to find dealers for, easy to find parts for, and easy to sell when you want to because people have heard of them. They also have a very wide array of floor plans, models and options. For what you pay all 3 are of reasonable quality.
I'd start by pouring over the manufacturer's websites for these big-3 and finding floor plans(s) that appeal to you and going from there.
