First bank of panels was 520 (four 130) watts with Bogart wired with 4 gauge from junction box. Also Trimetric. Second set of panels is 480 Watt wired to second Bogart with 6 gauge. 1000 watts total. Sent old Bogart SC2030 and new Bogart SC2030 in to be reflashed so as to work together. ($15.00 shipping charge only) I had something set wrong at first but Bogart helped me out as they always do.
Now I'm set at:

Winter tilt helps a lot. I made comparisons to a friends Blue Sky MPPT 40 amp with 460 watts vs my 520 and as many say his mppt probably did about 10 % better than an PWM. As Ralph from Bogart calculated when developing his controller, he said panels prices will continue to fall so it's better to add panels if room is available. If you do have limited space then every inch of space needs to be as efficient as possible so pay more for mppt. A $200 to $300 dollar premium will buy a lot of watts of panel
