'the simple solution is to add a third identical panel in parallel with the other two.
If the controller has adjustable set voltage set points--move them up for winter time.
All lead acid based batteries require a higher voltage as the ambient temperature drops. That is why I suggest all (good) controllers have a temperature probe for the battery bank.
Consider moving to the Grape 40 amp PWM controller--available from Home Depot. Then you could add two 100 watt panels to what you already have.
