I left the bottom cushion because it was tan vinyl. I reupholstered the back cushions. I took the old covers off, ripped the seams to use them as a pattern to make the new ones. I re-used the old zippers. Pretty easy. Next project is a new wood table top that matches the cabinets.
Easy for you maybe. I can't even sew. Looks good. Want to make me some new curtains?
