do these little battery operated or 12 volt fans that go inside of frig really help with keeping things cooler

I boondock on weekend trips in what is probably some of the hottest weather RVers experience, up to 113 degrees and 95 at night. I have had 3 different RVs well past 100 and all 3 kept temperature just fine on propane without using a fan inside or over the coils. My air conditioning is on for the duration and I'm only out 3 days or so. My fridge isn't nearly packed full to bursting. I just don't see the need for gadgets like fridge fans.
