Refrigerator & water heaters
In between trips is it OK to leave our refrigerator and water heater plugged in.

The camper doesn't know if you're using it or not. The only caveat is use of electric. We use our appliances for months at a time, that'what they are for. I might leave frig on a/c on and hot water off completely. No sense wasting energy if not going to use hot water. This also assumes you want to store stuff in frig? Otherwise, no point in running frig either.
