Refrigerator & water heaters
In between trips is it OK to leave our refrigerator and water heater plugged in.

We always have our rig plugged into shorepower here at home where it is stored when not in use. During the camping season we normally have our fridge running and stocked for quick, spur of the moment getaways. Although we have never had a reason to have water heater operation while our rig is stored, I would think there are no issues doing so as long as there is sufficient water in the tank.
