Refrigerator & water heaters
In between trips is it OK to leave our refrigerator and water heater plugged in.

I leave my fridge on all spring/summer/fall unless it will be more then 3 weeks until my next outing. As for hot water heater, I see no reason to leave hot water heater on all the time if your not using the RV and its just parked as you are just wasting electricity and it only takes a flick of a switch and ~30min wait to get hot water.
