You are poo-poo'ing well known fixes for better known problems. The NORCOLD 1200 does have fans, but because of improper manufacturer installation and venting, a well placed fan an make the fridge run far better than the OEM fans. So why not? One well placed fan can save a thousand bux in new cooling units, not to mention replacement food and additional LP trying to make cold. Again, with all these improvements, 100ma to run a fan is chump change. So why not?
As far as LP, water, Drain, etc., there are flexible trallies that have been used in robotics assembly plants for 50 years that are now being used for those hoses and there are no more problems.
Or buy a fixed kitchen
