A fan would probably help.
My AF has two wall vents, because the fridge is in the slide. There's a fan behind my fridge. It must be controlled by a thermostat back there because it only runs periodically. It doesn't run only when the fridge burner is on, it will run at other random times too, when I am parked with that side towards the sun in the summer.
