That fridge does not even make sense in a PUP. I can see how a buyer would not wonder "hmmm, I wonder if that fridge can be turned off" when that is so standard.
I would kick and scream and try and get them to fix it. I would also call the fridge manufacturer and check on that 'audit' claim. Tell both Palomino and the fridge manufacturer you will be contacting CPS.
Our first two PUPs were Coleman/Fleetwood, which was more expensive than most, and did have roof issues (though we never had them), but we loved them. When we went for number 3, we had to look at other manufacturers, because Coleman had gone out of business. We were appalled by the lack of quality in the other manufacturers (and also the uselessness of the dealers, but that is luck of the draw - we had a great Coleman dealer). We ended up having to upgrade to a Trailmanor to get the quality and the great dealer.
