Regens in F350 often

I always kept it finish when started as I did have an issue with sensors in the first year of ownership and learning Diesel patterns. I even reset the trip meter when regen starts to know it is within range of completion.
For what it's worth truck runs great during entire process.
Anyone have this happen?
I did have the latest reflash at dealer as per letter sent from Ford.

Did you notice the issue after having the "reflash" ?

How about your engine oil level... have you noticed it going up or staying the same?

Do you fuel up at the same place all the time, since this issue started?

- "reflash" may have a NOx sensor that's gone bad
- check oil level if its going up.. leaky/cracked injector
- try getting fuel at a different fueling station


Are you climbing a lot of hills lately? If EGTs (exhaust temps) reach 570+ your truck will do "passive" regens do to soot build up.
