Thank you all for the replies.
We want to remove it because we do not use it, we use an electric heater most of the time and can use small Buddy if needed.
We live in the South and most of the year it is warm enough not to have any heater, so why carry around that extra 20-30lbs. all year long, even in the summer?
With the electric heater or Buddy we can take it out and store it during summer.
Resale value is not an issue since I do not plan to destroy anything making it impossible to re-install later.
