Removing Satellite Dish and Antenna From Roof
Hey guys , any tips on how to remove this dish from the roof? Any specific tools that you think will help? Its sealed on there with what looks to be some black sealant which i have not seen on ...

What type of roof?
I’ve got a seamless aluminum roof, and when I removed mine I made a big patch out of some 12” wide aluminum flashing, and some Eternabond double-stick tape. The double-stick is of course sticky on both sides. I cleaned the roof good, stuck the patch down, and sealed around the perimeter with some Kool-Seal caulk. That was about 15 years ago, and it’s never leaked.
