No need to jack up the trailer. Put some 2x8, 2x6, whatever you have. Stack them high enough to pull the one axle onto the blocks and when the other axle comes off the ground an inch, stop. Leave the truck hooked up to the trailer and go change out the tires. Repeat for other axle. Much safer and easier then jacking up the trailer.
