The way I did it on my camper was to remove the wheels on the same axle, 2 at a time.
( securely chock wheels to start )
1. slightly loosen lug nuts on both wheels of same axle.
2. raise one wheel with floor jack under u-bolts one side. remove wheel. Place jack stand under main frame, lower onto stand.
3. Go to other side, use floor jack under u-bolts of axle, remove wheel.
4. Take two loose wheels to good year store.
5. PS, my local GoodYear service center is a TireRack affiliate, so there is no "extra" charge for mounting.
I also get my trailer wheels/tires balanced, which is a whole different argument around here :)
