Neat little controller but I don't think you'll see 10a from 130w panel. A pair of 35w in series may give the controller something to work with. Still it's good to see more affordable MPPT options.
On a single 130w panel I would think the advantage would be small enough that a PMW controller may still be a option if the features meet your needs better.
